Factory Mattress,

My wife and I purchased a Day bed from your store on the 8th of OCT, 2009 late in the evening, from Rachel.  She was nice enough to help load it in my truck and I went straight home to put the bed together.

When I started to work on putting the bed together, I noticed that half of the hardware was missing from the bag and that the frame looked damaged.  I had to wait until the next day to call your store because by this time, your store was closed.  I called Rachel, as the store opened the next day, and told her what I had discovered.  I explained that I had bought the bed for my Dad to use on his visit to San Antonio and that I had planned to had it all put together and ready for his arrival later that day, but I could not do it because of the missing hardware.  She apologized for the inconvenience and said that she would personally bring out a replacement to our house and set up the bed for us.  Rachel did exactly as she promised before noon on Friday, Oct 9, 2009, she met with my wife at our house with the replacement parts and set up the day bed. Then she took the damaged part back with her to the store.

I had to write and tell that I am totally impressed with Rachel, because of what she did and in today's world of customer service, she stands out amongst the best.  It does not matter where you go or what you are shopping for, it is extremely rare to get the kind of service that Rachel gave us at Factory Mattress!

My wife and I are very happy with our new Day Bed and the service we got from Rachel.

Just want to say that we have spent the last two weekends looking for beds at Star, Havertys, Mattress Factory, Denver Mattress, Rooms to Go, Ashley Furn, and several others.  Today on a whim we stopped by the Factory Mattress on I-10 and Dezavala. We were greeted by Rick Lopez. Rick was very energetic, polite, engaged and knowledgeable. In a nutshell he was what all the other sales people we encountered were not.  He was not pushy, but was very matter-a-fact and friendly.  On top of that he made if very clear that he wanted our business, but not in a clingy, dracilin sort of way.  We left the store and gave Havertys another shot.  They lived up to our expectations.  The sales person did not know the product, their specials, the pricing, their order turn time.  They were very clingy, pushy and did not listen to us.  We left their store and basically ran back to Factory Mattress to complete the deal with Rick.

We bought two Sealy Latex Twins for our adjustable beds and spent $4,700 in the store.  We will recommend your store whenever possible and I would certainly consider getting Rick out to train all your other stores and keep him away from your competition. Great prices, great product and most importantly a great salesperson, who in the end, made the difference and the sale.

I moved from out of state and needed a new bed. I wasn't sure where to go and saw Factory Mattress Sales close by so I stopped there. Roger greeted me immediately and was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to find out the kind of bed I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. Before I purchased the bed I decided to go to other stores to compare pricing and services, although with Roger's great service I had a feeling I would be back to buy my bed from there. My feeling turned out to be true. I went to 3 other stores and received no where as great of service as Roger gave me. I returned to purchase the mattress and once again Roger was exceptionally helpful. He promised me the bed would be delivered the next day, a Sunday, and that the delivery people would give me a call a half an hour before the mattress arrived. On Sunday, I received a call from the delivery people a half an hour ahead of time as promised. They delivered and set up the bed for me in a matter of minutes. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from start to finish. I feel it was extraordinary service and have recommended that my large apartment complex suggest tenants needing new beds go to your store. Thank you so much.  I really appreciate all of your assistance.

First, to Yvette at 281 # 1604, She is so accommodating and professional, and courteous even when I was a grouch. Next to Kristin, at the same location for helping me out too. Mostly to Mr John Ryan, for handling my mattress problem with complete professionalism, and the kindness that goes with a really true person. He could have given me some kind of run-a-round, but instead, I received total courtesy from John.
